Job Summary

This position at Brock Aggregates is due to the growth of the business. The Company is seeking a Slinger Driver. You will be responsible for the delivery and placement of materials from source material yards to customer projects with highest pay in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine vehicle inspection and maintenance.
• Ensure all freight is properly secured.
• Accurately fill out and submit the daily truck log sheets.
• Act as liaison between customers and dispatchers.
• Operate Slinger according to safe operating procedures and in accordance with all relevant highway/road acts

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
• Hours may require starting earlier or later as well as finishing earlier or later depending on customer/company requirements.
• Additional day and overtime required during peak periods and when workload is necessary.

Competencies:

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• Possession of a valid DZ or AZ driver’s license in good standing.
