Pat Lamanna Named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Finalist

Juel Group is proud to announce that President Pat Lamanna has been selected as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 program, one of the world's most prestigious business awards recognizing entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, growth, and community impact.

The recognition highlights a lifetime dedicated to building, growing, and evolving a family business into one of Ontario's leading suppliers of construction materials, environmental services, and winter maintenance solutions.

Pat's journey began in the family business founded by his parents after immigrating to Canada from Italy. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across virtually every aspect of the organization, developing a deep understanding of the construction industry and the challenges faced by customers, employees, and business owners alike.

Under Pat's leadership, the business has grown into Juel Group, an integrated organization that includes Brock Aggregates, Earthco Soil Mixtures, Draglam Salt, Draglam Waste & Recycling, and Less Mess. Together, these companies support construction, infrastructure, environmental, and winter maintenance projects across Ontario.

While the organization has experienced significant growth, Pat's approach has remained grounded in the same principles that helped build the business from the beginning: hard work, long-term relationships, accountability, and a commitment to delivering on promises.
